Up-To-Date Library
We meet grantees wherever they are along the NIH journey, from mentored career development applications to the career capstone of a center grant application. Our cornerstone course, Master the R Series, has been updated every year since inception to incorporate the steady stream of NIH changes.
Content in multiple formats
Courses are presented in actionable steps with templates, samples, checklists, and timelines. To accommodate different learning styles, content is delivered in multiple formats. Downloadable materials accompany each course.
- A half-day live presentation of Master the R Series is included with membership to allow grantees to ask questions
- A 10-week workplan paces grantees to the deadline
- Grantees may attend a live Q & A every other week with Dr. Bouvier
- Monthly, grantees receive a newsletter with timely NIH information
Launching point for K or R Club
Lower the lift to creating a writing club with materials included in your membership. By beginning with a broadcast of a grantwriting course, you can kick off a months-long process of collaboration and camaraderie. In addition, participants can use our 10-week workplan to pace themselves to deadline.
Groups
If you’re part of a smaller institution or research group, a full organizational membership may not be optimal. We offer a discount on bundles of 5 or more individual memberships. Contact us and we’ll help you determine the optimal membership for you.Â
Individuals
Invest in your grantwriting career with unlimited access to all courses for a full year. The library contains a wide array of topics that walk you through writing and grantsmanship strategy – offering templates, samples, checklists, and timelines.
Ask The Grantwriting Expert
Library members can join Meg Bouvier PhD for virtual office hours every other week. Come and go from the call whenever you like, ask questions, and watch as Meg answers live. For 30 minutes, you can quiz Meg about your biggest challenges and questions. On select weeks, she will invite a grantwriting colleague to join her in fielding your toughest questions. Other calls will feature mini-tutorials on topics such as how to write a Biosketch.
